Recess is a privately held, self storage development and acquisition company based out of Reno NV.

WHAT WE DO
Recess is well prepared to handle all phases of the development process, from initial site evaluation and feasibility studies, and coordinating the entitlement process, to the final construction job walk and operations preparation. We excels on gaining use approvals from local government agencies and creating design concepts that are architecturally pleasing, yet cost effective and functional from customer's perspective.
STRATEGY
Our Strategy is really quite simple. We develop/build in top tier markets where the barriers to entry is quite high. Our acquisitions model is focused on secondary and tertiary markets where we can deploy capital much more quickly, having a larger impact
